I am an ex-smoker; though the word "smoker" seems like an alien to me now. However, I must say that the right way is to go smoke free with no aid. That is possible when we see the truth about cigarettes; and how bitter and wrong they taste, and how inharmonious they are with the body. In addition to knowing the facts and benefits of going smoke free, one must change their life style, and become the healthy. These are all result of a true conscious being, that is connected within and without and one with "god". Through the mentioned, one can have the will power to stop anything that is wrong.
