Sex and Stopping Smoking

Most likely you are wondering how they are connected. I am about to show you that. I will first point out the results and concerns of both issues then I will merge them Ok?

Sex – is fun. Sex – is stimulating. Sex – is healthy. Sex – is a great physical exercise. Sex – makes our world go round. Sex – produces children. Sex – is sometimes the best thing there is. Sex – is friggin’ wonderful. Sex – relieves stress. Sex – is amazing. Sex – is fretfully engaging. Sex – is unifying. Sex – is natural. Sex – usually is free. Sex – opens arteries and veins. Sex – everyone wants sex (male and female). Nothing about sex is bad or disgusting.

Now On to the Other Issue:

Smoking – is not fun. Smoking – is a death trap. Smoking – is dangerous. Smoking – is addictive. Smoking- is not healthy Smoking – does not produce physical activity Smoking – is not enjoyable Smoking – causes stress. Smoking – closes veins and arteries. Smoking – stinks. Smoking – is not natural it is man made. Smoking – causes stress smoking. Smoking – causes lung cancer. Smoking –causes many diseases. Smoking- kills 443,000 Americans and 45,000 Canadians each and every year. Smoking – is now considered antisocial. Smoking – is the single most preventable cause of death. Smoking – sucks. Smoking – is expensive. Everything about smoking is bad or disgusting.

Smoking can cause the amputation of your legs – How do I know that?
Because that is what happened to me. Yes I am bilateral BK amputee caused by smoking, But that did not stop me from smoking. Until I discovered the Secret to Stopping I could not quit.
Now back to the sex and smoking,

Tell me this. Would you want to go to bed with anyone who stinks? Would you go to bed with someone who stinks from body odor? I wouldn’t. Smoking smells way worse than body odor. It is not possible to hide the fact that you smoke. You always stink. Next would you want to go to bed with someone with a reduced libido i.e. could take or leave sex without any problem.

That is what smoking does to you when you smoke. Most have seen the droopy picture of a cigarette. Well it is true. Men tend to lose their ability to get an erection depending on their smoking habit. Why do you think Viagra etc. are so popular and why they can afford the advertising they do on TV?

Not all but a good majority of people who require Viagra also smoke. You think it doesn’t affect women in a similar fashion you are wrong. They too are affected if they smoke with lower libido than if they didn’t.

So picture this: a man is unable to get an erection And he stinks – how many women would be turned on by that – not many if any. And if a woman gave the impression she could care less about having sex any more than if she was washing dishes And she stinks. What man would be turned on by that – not many if any.

Stop smoking now before it is too late!

Before you experience reduced libido because of closing veins and arteries or even lose your legs. Listen to me. I know what I am talking about.

Let’s Keep One New Year’s Resolution – Stop Smoking!

OK! We all know that 90% of New Year’s Resolutions Fail. We are about to change the percentage positively for 2010. Maybe even before Christmas this year. Before the kids and grandkids, nieces and nephews and a bunch of non-smokers arrive at your home. Okay Okay I know Christmas is over

I know you were busy buying presents and driving everyone else crazy at that time of year. But this will save your life. Which is more important? – Buying gifts or saving your life. No brainer, huh? Especially since it will only take three to four days to do it.

Preparation and Knowledge are the keys to Stopping Smoking.

#1. For just a few days make sure you remember this fact – 443,000 Americans and 45,000 Canadians are killed each and every year from smoking related diseases. Lung cancer and heart disease come to mind don’t they?

#2. Think of the money you will save by stopping smoking. $150/month minimum. Enough for a small car payment.

#3. Visualize that you are no longer smoking. Think of how will taste food better, you will feel much better, have more energy and be happier. With less stress too.

#4. Repeat as often as you can the following, until you are ready to try to stop.

Whether I like it or not,
I will soon be smoking my last cigarette.

This is the beginning of your mission to stop smoking. It is up to each and every smoker alive whether they have the guts to try to stop smoking. Yes it requires guts to try to stop. Once an attempt is made if you follow up it is easy to stop smoking. I guarantee it.

How can I say that? Well, I have smoked for 35 years and I have studied the issue extensively and I stopped three years ago. I am now 60 years old. In fact I smoked so much that I eventually lost my lower legs to smoking ten years ago. Yes, I smoked for seven years after I lost my legs. I also have congestive heart failure from smoking. Neither will kill me but they are not the most prestigious things to have happened to me. All as a result of smoking.

I will tell you though that when I stopped smoking I was the happiest person in the world. I finally quit those insidious dangling things from sticking out of my mouth. I have never felt better, I have more energy, I smell better and I taste my food better since I quit. You will too.

I strongly recommended you do it before Christmas but if you don’t want to save your life by then before the kids arrive – then please do not forget your New Year’s resolution to Stop Smoking. You need to start the process now. It will save your life. I guarantee it. Now Say hi!

Withdrawal From Nicotine – The Toughest Part of Stopping Smoking?

Are you aware that 80% of people suffering from depression also smoke?

What is the correlation? Do people smoke because they are depressed or they smoke and so they are depressed. It depends on the person. Everyone is different. How many times have been told that by a doctor?

We are all different but also similar in many respects. Regardless of the answer you give above – what we do know – is that no one should smoke. Why? Because it will kill you before your time. End of Story.

I will even go further and say that everyone who smokes wishes they could stop.

Let me now tell my story – I am bilateral BK amputee with congestive heart failure both caused by smoking. You know what though – neither of these problems caused me to stop smoking. Talk about depression. I was in a big rut until I smoked my last cigarette – then I became one of happiest people in the world. A big black cloud had been lifted from shoulders.

It took over 35 years to stop smoking (60 cigarettes every day and often more) and it was not hard at all once I discovered the secret to quitting…
