7 More Reasons Why You Should Stop Smoking!

Filed under: 7 More Reasons to Stop Smoking — admin @ 7:27 am

Why Stop Smoking?

1. Did you know that 443,000 Americans and 45,000 Canadians die each and every year from smoking related illnesses? This is outrageous and totally within our own abilities to stop. Unlike the H1N1 flu virus we can stop this ourselves. The H1N1 is not nearly as deadly as this pandemic.
2. Did you know you smell like cow manure wherever you are?
3. Did you know it is no longer socially acceptable to smoke? You are the outsider looking in.
4. Are you aware of how you think about yourself? How you despise yourself because you smoke?
5. Do you know how many times you have misplaced your lighter or matches?
6. How many close calls have you had while smoking & driving your vehicle?
7. Did you know you are a disgusting drug addict?

I repeat did you know 443,000 Americans and 45,000 Canadians die each and every year from smoking related illnesses? Stop before it is too late. It is never too late for your body to almost completely restore itself (within six weeks after stopping).

Smoking is so dangerous for your health it is hard to believe you have not already stopped this filthy habit. Contrary to what you have heard, stopping smoking does not require substitutes. In fact it ridiculous to swallow or chew nicotine in order to stop what is simply nicotine addiction. You are a drug addict plain and simple.

To cure is not to extend the addiction. One other fallacy is that is difficult to stop in fact it is easy to stop but you need to understand all of the reasons that you smoke. Then and only then should you attempt to stop smoking.

There is a way to stop smoking easily. See Below for details.

Withdrawal From Nicotine – The Toughest Part of Stopping Smoking?

Filed under: Withdrawal from Nicotine - Tough?? — admin @ 7:52 am

Are you aware that 80% of people suffering from depression also smoke?

What is the correlation? Do people smoke because they are depressed or they smoke and so they are depressed. It depends on the person. Everyone is different. How many times have been told that by a doctor?

We are all different but also similar in many respects. Regardless of the answer you give above – what we do know – is that no one should smoke. Why? Because it will kill you before your time. End of Story.

I will even go further and say that everyone who smokes wishes they could stop.

Let me now tell my story – I am bilateral BK amputee with congestive heart failure both caused by smoking. You know what though – neither of these problems caused me to stop smoking. Talk about depression. I was in a big rut until I smoked my last cigarette – then I became one of happiest people in the world. A big black cloud had been lifted from shoulders.

It took over 35 years to stop smoking (60 cigarettes every day and often more) and it was not hard at all once I discovered the secret to quitting…

It is an amazing feat to stop smoking and it is easy to do. It certainly was the biggest accomplishment in my life and I want to share it with you.

Withdrawal from Nicotine is tough- For three days only. It’s true. First you must kill the nicotine demon in your unconscious mind – The Craving. It is not difficult to do – The main thing is to try. Then to stop.

For most people it is much easier if you get help to stop smoking. A person who knows what they are doing or go the internet and look for solutions and help.

Smokers – Stop Smoking! You Don’t Enjoy the Benefit of the Things You Don’t Do. Take Action Now!

Filed under: The Only Way To Stop Smoking Easily — admin @ 1:45 pm

Hi! Happy New Year 2010 – A new Decade. This article may be the most important article that you have ever read if either you are a confirmed smoker or know someone who is a confirmed smoker. It is time for resolutions again but resolutions are only words. Action = Results.

Don’t wait until you have more money… Money won’t make you healthy, and you won’t enjoy any amount of money without your health. I know a fellow who one time offered me all of his wealth in return for his health. He was very rich, 72 years old and dying. He died one month later. I will never forget that.

Don’t wait until things get better in your relationships… Being vibrant, healthy and balanced automatically makes all your relationships better. Stopping smoking is such a natural way to improve a relationship. I know another fellow who really wanted this one girl to go out with him but he was told to get lost because he smoked. He was devastated. There was a simple solution for him don’t you think?

Stop making excuses – IMMEDIATELY! No matter what approach you take, you MUST take action right now if you’re going to break free and start living the life you were meant to live. The most important thing is that you make a commitment, right now, to take action.

The MOST important step is saying “YES!” and making a commitment. With that said, there is no doubt in my mind that almost all smokers need help in order to stop smoking easily. People need reassurances that they are doing the right thing no matter how difficult they may perceive something to be.

Stopping smoking is not difficult. What is difficult is taking action to stop smoking. It is the trying to stop smoking that is so difficult. It is certainly not the only thing you should do to improve BUT it is the most important thing you can do for your mind and body to begin the process of making them fit and launching you into a new life.

Stop Smoking – My Philosophy About This Topic & How to Quit Smoking!

Filed under: My Philosophy About Stopping Smoking — admin @ 6:30 am

My contention is that, the fear smokers have about stopping smoking is really what causes most smokers to continue smoking. It is therefore, compelling that the the smoker’s continuation of the silly illusion of real pleasure, as a just reason, of the of the irrationality of smoking despite the tremendous medical and scientific proof of its risks and dangers.

That is the primary reason why I allow smokers to smoke during the course. That is to remove all doubts and fears that exist in the smoker’s mind. The plan is to give confidence and build up the mindset of a smoker to that of a non-smoker even before the final fag (cigarette) is stuffed out. It is tougher to get smokers to stop until you understand the machinery of the nicotine trap. I also believe your attention is reduced while you continue to think it is disturbing and very difficult to stop smoking. And when you still believe that you are dependent on nicotine.

I maintain that willpower is not required because it takes zero willpower for a smoker to stop smoking since it takes no willpower to stop doing something that an individual has no desire to do, which is the realization smokers come to once their doubt and fear about stopping has disappeared.

Combining this with the understanding that the actual physical withdrawal symptoms from nicotine is so negligible to be considered insignificant. This allows smokers to become non-smokers.

Those smokers who use the willpower method usually still believe the symptoms of withdrawal are real (panic attacks, anxiety sweaty hands etc.). It is exactly because many smokers believe these symptoms are caused by lack of nicotine (i.e. physical withdrawal) and not by their psychological dependency and feeling of deprivation, that they are not successful at quitting.

Such an analysis is the cornerstone to my approach to overcoming the “nicotine trap” which is both subtle and all-encompassing.

The Truth About Stopping Smoking!

Filed under: Before You Try To Stop Smoking — admin @ 10:14 am

This is not about me – I have stopped smoking – this is about You. You being a smoker or a person who knows a smoker and you want them to stop.

I finally learned how to stop smoking after 35 miserable years of it. You too will soon find the way to stop smoking and stop permanently. I don’t know about you, but I’ve tried all of the gimmicks: – Nicolette, the patch, medications, etc. – and, of course, willpower and several courses on the internet. But I didn’t stop. And I wanted to in the worst way.

I studied and studied some more, and after 35 years, finally discovered how to quit. When I stopped, I was smoking upwards of 60 cigarettes per day, and often more. Smoking was the primary reason I lost both my legs below the knees – but even this didn’t stop me from smoking. After more than 20 attempts following the amputation (7 years ago) – and using everything available – I was still not successful. I must say, until you understand the secret to quitting you too will most likely not succeed.

Get the Secret Here! http://www.theonlywaytostopsmokingeasily.com.
