Articles

Hi This is a collection of original articles I have written that could all be read before you even begin the course. The more knowledge you have about stopping smoking and the problems associated with it the better.

A. Why Don't You Stop Smoking?

Why Don't You Stop Smoking? The smoker says "Because I Enjoy it".

That is one of the biggest lies in history. How do I prove that to the smoker? Here's how. I ask them Do they want their children to smoke? Without exception they reply No Definitely not!

That is a very big contradiction. Why do they not want their children to smoke? BecauseA they understand all of the dangers caused by smoking. (even better than non-smokers do) and because it is not enjoyable.

Once you, the smoker, have been trapped, you must find your own way out - but how? That's what I'm going to tell you here. There's no real magic to it, you won't just wake up and be a non-smoker.

But I have discovered the way to do this Easily. Until you know the secret, your chances of quitting are very slim.

In order to fully appreciate quitting smoking, you must understand the following two points:

1. The Trigger that makes you want to quit. What motivates you?

* Do you no longer want to think you are less of a person than the non-smokers of this world?

* Do you no longer want to worry about your money and your health?

* Do you no longer want to dread the thought of running out of fags or losing your lighter or matches?

* Do you no longer want to feel dirty or miserable or feel like a second class citizen?

* Do you no longer want to worry about how you smell, especially when you kiss a non-smoker (spouse or others)?

* Do you no longer want to feel guilty about smoking? But most important .

* Do you no longer want to hate yourself because you're a smoker?

2. The Nicotine Trap.

First of all, you must know that you're addicted to nicotine. You are a drug addict. Let that last sentence sink in.

Your brain has been conditioned by the drug, nicotine, to make your unconscious mind work toward keeping you in the trap.

It's necessary to understand how nicotine creates an illusion that smoking a cigarette will provide you with a genuine pleasure or prop.

The bottom line is, you smoke (beside the fact that you can) despite the dangers, because of the subtle combination of these two factors: One is nicotine addiction and second one is the misconception in your unconscious mind.

Nicotine addiction: Nicotine, an addictive substance, is a clear, oily compound contained in tobacco that produces a high when delivered into your body. When the high wears off, you suffer withdrawal symptoms. This is a serious problem until you understand it and recognize it's just a feeling you experience when you stop the intake of nicotine.

It's this feeling that causes you to think you need another smoke. It's when you're not smoking that you suffer this feeling. For some unknown reason, you don't blame the cigarette for this feeling.

When you light up again, you're tricked into thinking the cigarette is providing some sort of pleasure or prop. That's just a figment of your imagination. All you have really done is eliminate the withdrawal symptoms temporarily.

Misconception of the Unconscious Mind: Did you know there's virtually no physical pain caused by the withdrawal symptoms? It's 98% mental. This brings us to the misconception part where the unconscious mind overtakes the conscious mind and creates the delusions that allow you to continue smoking despite all the dangers.

It's these delusions that present the primary difficulty in stopping smoking. They are fed by our upbringing, our own addiction, and by all those impressions that have been passed on to us by advertising, our friends, our colleagues, and/or our family. The combination of nicotine addiction and the misconception in your unconscious mind provide the backbone for the TRAP.

The Truth About Stopping Smoking!

This is not about me - I have stopped smoking - this is about You. You being a smoker or a person who knows a smoker and you want them to stop.

I finally learned how to stop smoking after 35 miserable years of it.  You too will soon find the  way to stop smoking  and stop permanently. I don't know about you, but I've tried all of the gimmicks: - Nicolette, the patch, medications, etc. - and, of course, willpower and several courses on the internet. But I didn't stop. And I wanted to in the worst way.

I studied and studied some more, and after 35 years, finally discovered how to quit. When I stopped, I was smoking upwards of 60 cigarettes per day, and often more. Smoking was the primary reason I lost both my legs below the knees - but even this didn't stop me from smoking. After more than 20 attempts following the amputation (7 years ago) - and using everything available - I was still not successful. I must say, until you understand the secret to quitting you too will most likely not succeed.

You will have a tough time stopping.

As all of us understand, smoking is a huge problem for this world; to stop the spread of it, it is necessary first to understand the secret to quitting. Once that's firmly established in your mind, then you alone (with some help) will be able to stop smoking; but what about your friends and colleagues and your family? It's up to each and every one of you, once you've quit, to help all the smokers around you stop as well.

The first element of the "secret" is the ingenious nicotine trap that's been engineered by nature and taken advantage of by man in his greed. Everyone knows it's a disgusting, stinking problem, and deadly dangerous as hell - but still you smoke! Why is that? I am here to tell you that it is primarily because you do not yet know the secret to quitting.

Hi I'm Jim Creech - My friends call me The Creecher. (I am a bilateral below knee amputee which was primarily caused by smoking. However, this did not stop me from smoking.). They also call me Doc because of the thousands of lives I've saved and also to the high success rate as a result of smokers taking the course I have created called, "The Only Way to Stop Smoking Easily".
